Children’s Privacy

The Reve website and services are not intended for children under the age of 18 and Reve does not knowingly collect any information from children under 18 years old through its website. If the parent or guardian of a child under 18 believes that the child has provided us with any information, the parent or guardian of that child should contact us if they want this information deleted from our files. If Reve obtains knowledge from any source that it has information about a child under 18 in retrievable form in its files, we will delete that information from our existing files.


What Information does Reve Collect and how is it Used?

1. Registration Information
When you register to create an account, subscribe to a newsletter, or contact us with a question or comment you may voluntarily provide us with certain information, such as your name, email address, phone number or other contact information.  We will use this information to administer your account and to respond to or fulfill any request or inquiry you may make.  

2. Purchase Information
If you apply to purchase an RV using the Services, you will be required to provide certain information that Reve will use to verify your identity and to complete and administer the sale.  This may include: legal name, date of birth, address, a copy of your government issued ID, passport, national ID card or driving license.  We may also collect information regarding your bank account, credit history or other information needed to administer your account.  Your home purchase application will contain full information regarding how we may use and access your online banking information.  With your express authorization, we may use your information to perform a credit check or otherwise consider your eligibility to receive a loan or other financing.

3. Financing Information
At this time, Reve does not provide connections to third-party loan providers, for users to apply for and receive a mortgage or other financing options. In the event, Reve offers financing directly or otherwise partners with or links to a third-party provider, Reve will update this policy.

4. Public Posting
You may also choose to post or upload additional information, such as videos, photos or other content (“User Content”) to publicly available portions of the Services.  User Content you post on a public forum or make publicly available will be available to other users of the Website and may be retrievable by third party search engines.  Third parties may also be able to download or share your User Content to social media sites such as Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, as well as via email. We recommend that you guard your privacy and anonymity and not upload any User Content that you are not comfortable being available to the general public.  Any third party with access to your information via the Services will be permitted to use the information in the same manner as if you submitted the information directly to that third party.  Publicly posting any information on the Website is entirely voluntary on your part and we recommend you carefully consider the information you choose to make publicly available.

5. Non-Personal Information
Like most website operators, Reve collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request when visitors use the Services. Reve’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Reve’s visitors use the Services.
