Every Reve Co-Owner is unique, with different needs for their RV. Our highly flexible scheduling system ensures that every Reve Co-Owner has the opportunity to use their RV equitably during peak times in the year.
RV Industry research reveals that an RV owner typically uses their vehicle for a median of 20 days per year, while prospective buyers anticipate using theirs for a median of 25 days annually.
With these statistics in mind, For the average RV owner, why bear the cost of owning an RV for a full 365 days? By opting for ½ co-ownership with Reve, you can not only make significant savings but also enjoy your RV for up to 90 days a year. For those that want more flexibility with scheduling or need even more days, 1/2 owners can have their RV up to 180 days, and you can increase your share if you even need more.
Our scheduling system categorizes all trips into two distinct categories: Scheduled Adventures and Last-Minute Getaways.
Scheduled Adventures are trips booked anywhere between 31 days to 2 years in advance. Each of these adventures can last up to 14 nights, with a maximum of three adventures permitted annually.
Note: If the days immediately before or after your chosen dates remain unbooked, even after other co-owners have made their reservations, longer adventures exceeding 14 nights are possible.
Last-Minute Getaways refer to trips booked 2 to 30 days in advance. Each of these spontaneous getaways can last up to 7 nights, with a limit of ten such getaways allowed annually (as long as the total days align with your quota).
Note: Similar to Scheduled Adventures, longer getaways extending beyond 7 nights are feasible provided the days directly before or after your trip remain available, even after other co-owners have confirmed their bookings.
Regardless of the category, each Reve trip, be it an adventure or a getaway, requires a minimum booking of at least three days. This helps us in managing pre- and post-trip activities such as cleaning and maintenance efficiently, thus maximizing available booking days for all co-owners.
All the bookings will be facilitated in a round-robin fashion where each Reve co-owner would get a fair and equitable opportunity to enjoy their RV.
The first scheduling option is to book your Reve in large continual blocks (4 equal blocks for 4 owners, 3 for 3 owners, 2 for 2 owners). This provides the flexibility to use your Reve whenever you want without having to schedule in advance with your concierge. The limitation is that the RV will only be available for a particular time of the year and not the rest. For instance if you are a 25% owner scheduling with this method, you might have the Reve to use for the Spring but not Summer, Fall or Winter.
An added bonus of the first scheduling option is that it will result in a lower Reve service fee as there are less handoffs occurring and thus less associated costs.
At Reve, our goal is to maximize available booking dates, but we also understand that plans can change. As such, you can cancel your trip without any concern up to 60 days prior to your departure. Take note, though, that cancellations made less than 60 days before your trip are allowed only twice over a 12-month rolling period.
Our scheduling system ensures transparency and fairness. When you cancel a trip, it immediately alerts the other co-owners about the newly available dates. If any of the other co-owners decide to use these days, our system automatically replenishes an equivalent number of days back into your quota for future use. But in cases these go unused as a result of late cancellation these would be counted against your quota.
At Reve, we believe in simplicity and personalization. This extends to the scheduling of your RV. Our dedicated Reve concierge is always available to assist with the scheduling process via email, phone, or even through our easy-to-use mobile app. Not only will you receive a scheduling calendar that highlights available booking dates, but it will also indicate Reve blackout dates.
These blackout dates are necessary to ensure that we have ample time to prepare the RV between trips and carry out regular maintenance tasks. It's all part of our commitment to providing a seamless and hassle-free RV co-ownership experience.
Regardless of the ownership percentage, all Co-Owners may choose to use less than their total allotment of days either during a round-robin round or for the year. Provided calendar availability, Co-Owners also have the option to chain trips one after the other, extending the trip length beyond any set trip limits (for example beyond the 14 day limit for round 1 of the round-robin).
